Part One

Your time in Bangkok

From the moment you start planning until long after you're home, you are looked after at every step.

01

Getting ready to travel

In the weeks before you fly, we guide every detail — how to prepare for surgery, what to pack, and travel guidance. Your accommodation and transfers are all arranged.

You don't have to worry about

Hotels, transfers, or what happens next. It is all arranged before you leave home.

02

Arriving in Bangkok

Well before you fly, your care manager is already looking after you. Around 7 to 10 days before you travel, they reach out on WhatsApp to answer any last questions and share your final instructions. When you land, you are met at the airport and taken to your hotel to settle in and rest.

You don't have to worry about

Feeling unsure before you arrive. Your care manager is a message away long before you land.

03

Your pre-surgery consultation

Our team collects you from your hotel and accompanies you to the hospital. You meet your surgeon in person to confirm your plan together and complete your pre-operative tests. This consultation is never rushed — you'll have all the time you need to ask questions and feel completely sure.

You don't have to worry about

Navigating the hospital or the paperwork. We collect you, stay with you, and guide you through every step.

04

Your surgery day

Your surgery takes place on the same day as your consultation, or the day after. Our team brings you to the hospital and stays close, keeping your loved ones informed. You are in experienced, caring hands at an internationally accredited hospital.

You don't have to worry about

Being alone, or keeping family updated. We are by your side, and we keep them informed.

05

Discharge, with your nurse beside you

When you're ready to leave hospital, your nurse walks you through your discharge and settles you comfortably back at your hotel — explaining your medication, what to take care of in the first days of recovery, and staying available for any questions you have.

You don't have to worry about

Managing your discharge alone. Your nurse is with you through every part of it.

Part Two

Your recovery & aftercare

Healing happens in stages, and we stay close through every one — right up until you are home and beyond.

06

Recovery, phase one: your first week

For your first seven days, a nurse visits you in your hotel room every day to care for you and check your healing. Your coordinator checks in daily too, and is always available if you need anything. Around day seven, we accompany you back to the hospital for your first follow-up with your surgeon.

You don't have to worry about

Managing recovery on your own. You are cared for daily, right in your room.

07

Recovery, phase two: independent healing

As you grow stronger, you move into gentler, independent healing. You can begin to explore Bangkok lightly at your own pace, with a nurse visit available whenever you would like one. Our own lymphatic drainage massage, in the comfort of your hotel room, helps ease swelling and support your healing. A further review with your surgeon, around day 14, confirms your progress.

You don't have to worry about

Feeling stuck indoors, or losing access to care. Support is still there the moment you want it.

08

Home, and still here for you

Before you leave, your surgeon confirms you are healing well and cleared to fly. And our care does not stop at the airport — we stay in touch and support your recovery long after you are home.

You don't have to worry about

Being left without guidance once you are back. You can reach us whenever you need.

What to pack

Keep it simple and comfortable. Here are the essentials most clients find useful — and your coordinator will tailor the rest to you.

  • Loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to change into
  • Button-up or zip tops — kinder than pullovers after surgery
  • Slip-on shoes you do not have to bend down for
  • Any regular medications, in their original packaging
  • Your passport and travel documents
  • Phone, charger and a universal power adapter
  • A light layer for the air-conditioning
  • Gentle, fragrance-free toiletries and skincare
  • Comfortable underwear for the days after surgery
  • Something to help you relax — a book, headphones or a tablet

No need to buy compression garments — any you need are provided as part of your care. Your coordinator sends a personalised packing list before you fly.

Common questions

How long will I stay in Thailand, and when can I fly home?

It depends on your procedure and how you heal — most patients stay around two weeks in total. Your surgeon advises the right length of stay for you and confirms when you are safely cleared to fly home, and we plan everything around it.

Is cosmetic surgery in Thailand safe?

Yes. Your surgery takes place in internationally accredited (JCI) hospitals, with board-certified surgeons we personally vet — and you meet your surgeon by video before you commit to anything.

Can I bring someone with me?

Of course — we're always happy when a partner, friend or family member joins you. There's no extra charge for a support person apart from their hotel breakfast, and we're glad to help arrange their stay too.

Will my care team speak English?

Not at all — our whole team speaks English, and your care manager is with you for every appointment, so nothing is lost in translation.

Where will I stay?

In comfortable, vetted accommodation close to everything you need. Your room and all transfers are arranged before you arrive.

What if I have a concern during recovery?

Your coordinator checks in daily and is always reachable, and a nurse can visit whenever you need. Anything that needs medical attention, we arrange straight away.

Do I need a visa?

From most countries, you won't need a visa — most clients travel on a standard tourist entry. We'll confirm exactly what applies to your passport before you book your flights.

Can I explore Bangkok while I recover?

Once you are through the first few days and your surgeon is happy, gentle outings are absolutely fine. We will guide you on what is comfortable, and when.
