A breast lift restores a firmer, higher breast shape. Over time, pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight changes, and ageing can stretch the skin and let the breasts drop. The surgeon reshapes the breast tissue, lifts the nipple to a more natural position, and, if needed, makes a large areola smaller. A lift changes shape and position, not size. If you want added fullness too, it can be combined with implants in the same operation.

Donut lift (periareolar)

Best for mild sagging that needs a small lift. The incision is a circle around the areola, so the scar hides along the areola's edge. It also lets the surgeon reduce a stretched areola.

Lollipop lift (vertical)

Best for moderate sagging. The incision runs around the areola and straight down to the breast crease. This gives more reshaping than a donut lift while keeping the scar compact.

Anchor lift (inverted T)

Best for advanced sagging that needs the most correction. The incision goes around the areola, down to the crease, and along the fold. It removes the most excess skin and gives the greatest lift.

Surgeons grade sagging, called ptosis, from mild to advanced. It helps them plan the right lift.

• Normal — the nipple sits above the breast fold.
• Grade 1 — slight sagging, with the nipple at the fold. Often a donut lift.
• Grade 2 — moderate sagging, with the nipple just below the fold. Often a lollipop lift.
• Grade 3 — advanced sagging, with the nipple pointing down, well below the fold. Often an anchor lift.

The surgery is one part. The days afterwards decide how comfortable and well-supported you are when you fly home. A typical recovery stay with us:

Day 1 — In hospital. One night in a private room at a JCI-accredited Bangkok hospital. Nurses on call, pain managed, and you're fitted with a surgical support bra. You're discharged once your surgeon clears you.

Days 2–3 — Transition to recovery. We transfer you to your accommodation, a spacious one-bedroom apartment in central Bangkok set up for healing. Read about our recovery accommodation. Our nurse meets you, helps you settle in, and starts your recovery routine. Swelling and tightness are normal now, and you sleep on your back.

Daily nurse visits. From the moment you reach the apartment, one of our own registered nurses visits you every day through the first several days, then on request and always available. They handle wound checks, dressings, support-bra guidance, and honest answers as you heal. This is included, and it's separate from the hospital's ward nurses.

Days 4–7 — Settling. Swelling starts to ease. You can move gently, but keep your arms low and avoid lifting for now. From about day seven you can have lymphatic drainage massage at your apartment, given by a separate therapist, to help clear swelling. Your follow-up appointment with your surgeon also falls in this window. We book it, arrange the transfer, and a coordinator goes with you. Most patients are ready for a gentle outing too, paced to how you feel.

Days 8–14 — Ready to fly home. Your shape starts to settle and daily life gets easier, though you keep wearing the support bra and skip hard exercise for six weeks. A final check with your surgeon clears you for travel, and we arrange your airport transfer.

After you fly home. You're never on your own once you leave Thailand. Your surgeon stays available for follow-up consultations whenever you need them, and our team is only ever a message away, for any question, big or small, long after you're home. Your care doesn't end at the airport.
