Step-by-Step Procedure

1. Anesthesia
   General anesthesia is administered to ensure your complete comfort throughout the procedure.
2. Reshaping the Breast
   Your surgeon lifts and reshapes the internal breast tissue to improve contour and firmness. The nipple and areola are moved to a more youthful position, and if needed, the size of the areola is reduced.
3. Closing the Incisions
   Once reshaping is complete, the incisions are closed using sutures, skin adhesives, or surgical tape. These lines fade significantly over time.

Donut (Periareolar)
A circular incision around the areola. This method is suitable for mild sagging and allows for minimal lifting and areola size reduction, with scarring hidden along the areola’s edge.

Lollipop (Vertical)
Involves an incision around the areola and a vertical line down to the breast crease. It is ideal for moderate sagging and provides more shaping than the donut technique.

Anchor (Inverted T)
