I can’t express how grateful I am to Beauty Butler and all the help I got during my journey. When I started looking into plastic surgery, I found several places offering assistance. After a lot of research I decided to pursue it in Thailand and shortlisted 2 companies to talk to. From my first contact with Pia, they were so helpful and knowledgeable. We had a full on zoom conversation where she explained what the doctor suggested based on my photos and objectives. Beauty Butler arranged my consultation with Dr. Note, and they were with me from the moment I got into the hospital and were able to explain all my questions to the medical team. They were de deciding factor when I chose who to go with. And I’m so glad I did choose them. Before coming for my surgery I had some unforeseen medical issues, which I didn’t know if would stop me getting my planned surgery. When I told BB they were so understanding and kind and throughout the whole process made sure the medical team knew of my situation and assured me they had my safety as utmost priority. When I was cleared to fly and came to Thailand, they had the car ready to pick me up from the airport to bring me to the hotel. All the time, any issues which arose were dealt extremely swiftly by Jane. And from the time I got checked into the hospital, had my preliminary assessment and had the go ahead for the surgery, Beauty Butler was always there. Making sure I was comfortable, that I understood what was happening, being with me every step of the way. Although my husband was with me, I could not have gone through the whole process without Nurse Kate, Nurse Coffee and all the nurses in the hospital, they were true angels, helping with hygiene and even washing my hair. I had some small hiccups so I had to stay at the hospital a bit longer, but everyday I had BB making sure I knew exactly what was going on and making me as comfortable as possible. It was one of my worries the language barrier, but having BB Nurses with me, completely eliminated that issue. When I was discharged and got the hotel, I had a nurse visit every day, and whatever I needed was only a message a way. I could not be happier with the service they provided, making a process which could be challenging so much better. I could not recommend them enough, they are kind, they are generous and genuine. And I could not finish this before saying a huge thank you to the massage therapist (sorry, forgot her name) who is a godsend. I wish I could rob her and take her with me back to Australia. All of this to say thank you to Beauty Butler. And to anyone looking into plastic surgery in Thailand, make sure you contact Beauty Butler, you will not regret it.

I cannot recommend Beauty Butler highly enough and would give WAY more than 5 stars, if I could. I traveled to Thailand completely alone for my first surgery ever - I hadnt even been to Asia before! Naturally, I had a lot of questions and some anxiety about navigating the entire experience by myself, but Beauty Butler made the process feel incredibly easy and well organized from beginning to end. They handled all of the logistics for me, including transportation to and from the airport, hotel arrangements, hospital coordination, and post-operative care. Throughout the entire experience, Beauty Butler was there coordinating between me, my surgeon and his team, the hospital, hotel, and nursing staff. I never felt like I was trying to figure things out on my own. One of the things that stood out most was how genuinely kind and responsive everyone was. No matter how many questions, concerns, or suggestions I had, I never once felt like I was being an inconvenience. The staff were SO friendly, patient, and attentive, and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The nursing care was another highlight. The nurses were extremely knowledgeable and professional, but what impressed me just as much was their bedside manner. They were warm, caring, attentive, and made me feel incredibly well looked after during recovery. It is honestly a level of bedside care I wish we experienced more often in the United States. I also really appreciated the process Beauty Butler used to match me with a surgeon who was appropriate for me and my specific surgical needs. My surgeon is board certified, highly regarded in his field, and has an extensive history of patient reviews and documented work available online and through social media. Being able to research his work and experience beforehand gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. Traveling alone to another part of the world for your first surgery could easily be an overwhelming experience. Beauty Butler took so much of that stress away and allowed me to focus on myself and my recovery instead of worrying about logistics or figuring out what came next. I would 100% recommend Beauty Butler—including to my own friends and family. That is probably the strongest endorsement I can give. If I ever decide to have another procedure in Thailand in the future, I would absolutely use Beauty Butler again.

Had such a wonderful relaxing time in Thailand with the help of Beauty Butler! I was taken care of from the moment I landed. My stay was stress-free as I didn't have to worry about reservations and hotel bookings. I chose Beauty Butler because I was able to meet Dr. Note through Zoom before I even flew out to Thailand to get my procedures done. I have just returned from Bangkok 4 days ago where I had a breast lift and implants to fix asymmetry and ptosis. This would have never been possible for me without the Beauty Butler team! From the moment I enquired I have been treated like royalty and informed the whole way. Dr Note is extremely skilled and the whole theatre team did not miss a beat. Bangkok has had a bad wrap but I implor you to do your research and cheaper doesnt mean better. For the first time in many years I feel beautiful when I look in the mirror. Choosing Beauty Butler to facilitate my surgery was probably the best decision. From the initial gathering of information and answering questions, they have been detailed and very understanding of individual needs. They are flexible and cater to your schedule/timeline and actually listen to your needs and concerns compared to other agencies i was liaising with before i pick Beauty Butler. Miss Jane and Miss Irene (both the coordinators) were so helpful and clear while guiding me throughout. And never at any time force sell me anything or chase me to make any decisions. They allowed me the space and time to thoroughly plan my surgery and etc. They explained things in the way you would understand. Not those AI generated answers we normally get from online services and etc. This is why I eventually chose Beauty Butler to facilitate the surgery. The services they provide in the package are fantastic and honestly i couldn’t find any other company/beauty clinic that has such package. They do not just liaise with the hospital and surgeons, they take care of your hotel, transports and post surgery care (in my case, almost daily for 7-9days til i checked out and fly home) and even airport pick ups. It is all inclusive. At first i was skeptical when they mentioned that I will have nurses taking care of me post surgery. So i was really impressed it is really the case. Throughout my stay (9 days post surgery), Nurse Kate and Nurse Coffee took great care of me almost daily to help me with my dressing and etc. And when there were follow ups at the hospital they would pick you up from the hotel and then send you back to the hotel. It is really a VVIP treatment and experience!! So, as a foreigner traveling to Bangkok alone for the surgery, my main concern is being taken care of (post surgery) in terms of emergency. So having a nurse to check in on you daily? It’s really priceless and it gave me the peace of mind. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of doing any surgery in Bangkok to use Beauty Butler for their thorough care, VVVIP treatment and your peace of mind! And they (the coordinators) speak really good English in case anyone worries about language. Even the nurses spoke English. Dr Note is an amazing doctor and an artist at the same time. After having significant weight-loss I was looking for contouring leg liposuction. Beauty Butler was the perfect service to use when making the big decision to head overseas for surgery! From when I first contacted Beauty Butler they have all been marvellous. Jane managed my enquiries, liased with the surgeon and arranged follow ups. I'm on day 7 after the surgery and already see a big improvement after my face lift. Nurse Coffee was visiting me every day and ws really supportive and answered all my questions. Preaw the Nursing Assistant was like my own personal chauffeur, picking me up for appointments and waiting to return me to my hotel. The hotel chosen by Beauty Butler is lovely. Dr Note the surgeon works magic, and my husband says he's made me look at least 20 years younger. I can't fault any of the staff at the 2 hospitals I have visited so far as they made me comfortable and pain-free to the greater extent. I'll do a follow up as I progress into my 2nd week.

I did 9 months of research and finally decided on going through Beauty Butler. From the beginning speaking with Nancy whom was absolutely amazing! (Even sent me treats and coconut water in recovery). Nancy answered all my questions and was just an absolute pleasure to deal with leading up to leaving Australia on my own to travel all the way to Bangkok. What can I say! What an amazing service that Beauty Butler provides! They go above and beyond. After my procedure, I became very unwell (unrelated to my procedure) and needed urgent medical treatment. They helped me while in a vulnerable situation, making being sick in a foreign country not seem as daunting. They made the whole process from start to finish as smooth as possible. I had an incredible experience with Beauty Butler from start to finish. First, I want to recognize the people who made this experience so special. Nurse JernJern and Nurse Coffee were absolutely amazing caregivers. Preaw gave the BEST lymphatic drainage massages—something I genuinely looked forward to every time. They were so relaxing and always made me feel incredible. Fai was a huge help throughout the process, and Joy has been there from day one, guiding and supporting me every step of the way. My surgeon, Dr. Note, went above and beyond. He and my anesthesiologist came to my hotel room multiple times to check on me. That level of care is something I’ve never experienced before. It truly felt like healthcare here is about caring for people, not just running a business. After surgery, the last thing you want to do is get dressed, get in a car, and go to appointments. Having the medical team come to you so you can rest and heal makes such a difference. Beauty Butler handled everything. I never had to arrange transportation, schedule appointments, or wonder what was happening next. They coordinated every detail—cars, appointments, garments—and escorted me to and from every visit. They came to my hotel to check wounds and change dressings, and when I developed a cough after surgery, my surgeon personally brought me cough medicine and drops—no charge. They also checked in with me every single morning and every evening, and responded quickly to my (many!) WhatsApp questions. I never felt alone or unsure about anything. What really stood out is how much pride everyone at Beauty Butler clearly takes in their work and in the company. You can feel it in every interaction. Every detail is handled with care, and nothing feels rushed or overlooked. Jane, in particular, goes above and beyond to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. It truly feels like a team of people who care deeply about doing a great job—and it shows. Every single person delivered a job exceptionally well done. The pricing process was just as straightforward. I submitted my photos, they were reviewed by Dr. Note, and he recommended procedures. I chose the one I wanted—no pressure, no upselling, no “you should add this.” The price quoted was exactly what I paid. No hidden fees, no surprises. For context, I’m 57 years old. After a C-section in 2001, I was left with an apron of skin. Years of IV steroids for asthma caused my weight to increase to 204. Over the past couple of years, I worked hard to get down to 117 and maintained that weight for 8 months before surgery. While I loved how I looked in clothes, I wanted to truly see my results and remove the excess skin. Pain-wise, waking up from surgery was more intense than I expected. However, after the first pain injection, it was completely manageable. One thing I really appreciated about the approach here is that they don’t overload you with narcotic pain medication. You are comfortable, but still aware enough to move carefully and respect the healing process. It helps you avoid overdoing it, and you also avoid the foggy feeling and digestive issues that often come with heavy narcotics. After leaving the hospital, Tylenol and anti-inflammatory medication were more than enough. An added touch that shows they care are simple things like bringing you flower arrangements and sweet treats. It’s the personal touches. This experience exceeded every expectation. The care, organization, transparency, and genuine compassion made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend Beauty Butler to anyone considering surgery in Thailand.

I had a phenomenal experience with Beauty Butler and would absolutely use them again should I decide to get more procedures done. I am first of all incredibly happy with my results, they are honestly far better than I could have hoped for. Dr. Note is an incredibly skilled surgeon and I am immensely happy that I chose to go to him. The support you receive throughout the entire process was what drew me to Beauty Butler to begin with and ultimately it ended up being exactly what is advertised. The nurses are supportive, friendly, kind, and overall phenomenal. I never had to think about or worry about what was happening next as the support staff was planning everything for me which allowed me to just focus on healing. I truly felt supported and knew that if I did need assistance someone was always close by to help. The access to lymphatic drainage massages was a lifesaver and the masseuse was kind and gentle. In terms of facilities, the hospital was beautiful and medically advanced. I appreciated all of the pre-surgery checks to ensure I was healthy prior to surgery. It gave me peace of mind. Everyone who took care of me in the hospital were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I was fortunate to not have a lot of pain but the pain that I did have was addressed appropriately and I felt very medically secure due to the staffs skills. I have already recommended the company to several of my friends and will continue to do so. Traveling to a foreign county by yourself to have surgery has obvious potential stressors, however once getting there and meeting everyone I knew I had made the right decision. We had been looking for a safe, reliable, supportive and welcoming environment for a refreshed look for my wife (her decision) for some considerable time. This year she came across Beauty Butler in Bangkok Thailand. Jane and her team at Beauty Butler provided professional opinion, advice and confidence in the process through zoom meetings, and easy, reliable, responsive communications. The surgery with Dr Note was seamless, and provided a great outcome. The process and follow up care has been exceptional. The recovery accomodation has been second to none. While recovery can be challenging in the first few days, their kind, caring and professional expertise soothed anxieties and made for a more pleasant experience. The daily nurse visits were warmly welcomed. The nurses Coffee and Fai were delightful and attentive, and Jane was approachable at any time day and night. Every step of my journey has been so easy with the beauty butler team. Communication, planning, advice and help have all been 10/10. I cannot fault the team or the work they all put in to ensure a smooth and easy process for their guests.

Well…where to start. I had already scheduled a facelift in the United States and in talking with my husband thought about another option, possibly in Thailand. I had previous surgeries in the United States. I started doing research in Thailand, Korea, and Turkey, and just felt increasingly more receptive to considering Thailand, specifically with the support of Beauty Butler. I did not feel overly optimistic until I made initial contact and had such a quick response from Piyada. She went through their protocol of requesting pictures to review prior to an Internet meeting with a chosen physician who specialized in the type of surgery that I desired. Actually during my conversation with Beauty Butler I elected to expand my surgery to include a face lift, brow lift, upper lip lift, lower eye lift and neck lift…along with a revision of a previous breast surgery. Her communication, informative brochures and itinerary that they customarily use, established a level of trust and confidence in this concierge type of service. A promise that they would take care of the arrangements, provide nursing aftercare and be readily available for any need. They said that there would be a two day hospital stay following the procedures. Arrangements were made to have a zoom meeting consult with the physician. After review of the doctor’s (Dr. Note) CV, I was convinced that I would be having my surgery in Thailand. Johannes assisted me in creating a Wise International Money Transfer account to take care of the procedure costs. They recommended a couple of hotels to consider, they made transportation arrangements from the airport and all medical appointments. The nurses ( Nurse Fah and Nurse Coffee) were pleasant, engaging and experienced in providing necessary incision follow up care and assistance with other personal care needs. Once up and feeling more mobile, they even made recommendations on places to eat and where to go. They go above and beyond in ensuring that your care is excellent and that not only do you have a wonderful outcome in your surgery, but that you have a wonderful experience with your stay in Thailand. So we go back to their promises…Beauty Butler goes far beyond their promise of excellent service and care…I cannot express enough about how great this service is. No past experience can compare to how wonderful mine was with Beauty Butler, Thailand! Thank you Beauty Butler!

Absolutely 5 plus stars!!! Today I am leaving Bangkok it has been 2 weeks since I had an extended tummy tuck. Beauty Butler have been amazing. The doctor, the hospital (i spent 1 night), the after care and the general care have all been 5 stars. If you are considering any proceedure I would recommend BB but especially for the aftercare. I was very lucky and experienced mimimal pain and issues but the after care is so vital especially for your peace of mind. Being in a foreign country alone I would contact the nurse if I thought there was a concern. BB replied immediately, the nurse would come and see me and send photos to the doctor to check all was ok. This is what blew my mind. The doctor would reply within 5 minutes to reassure the patient. This is unheard of in Australia. Jane (the co founder) introduced me to lots of other patients staying in same hotel and we all bonded and shared our experiences. I have gained many new friends. I came to Thailand because I could not afford to have this done in Perth Australia and I am so happy I made this choice. As a bonus after a week recovering I hit the shops and the sights. It has been a wonderful experience for me including going home with a flat (no saggy skin or fat) stomach. Also the hotel, hotel staff and the beautiful hotel manager have been 5 stars as well. I decided to go to Thailand for my surgery after a really bad experience with a minor procedure in the UK. My experience in the UK and living in my own made me realise that taking on such a large amount of surgery would require really good medical support and aftercare which I simply could not afford in the UK. I have travelled to Thailand many times and I love the Thai people and the culture. It’s one of my favourite places and somewhere that I feel very comfortable,so I decided to research some companies there. Beauty Butler was actually the first company that came up in my Google search, and I loved the website and the service they were offering sounded just what I was looking for. I sent my photos in for review, I dealt with Yok via email. She was friendly, professional, efficient and non-pushy about trying to get me to book surgery. There were elements of my surgery which I didn’t want to commit to until I’ve spoken to a surgeon face-to-face and they agreed that this was totally acceptable and fine for me to do this. I had a zoom meeting with Yok and Doctor note, which were very helpful and informative, I had previously liaised with companies that sat there and said nothing and left me to ask all the questions, with Beauty Butler this wasn’t the case. A few days before I was due to fly I was contacted and told that Jane would take over as patient liaison and she has been amazing, organising everything that I have needed and constantly checking in. I was taken care of by lovely Nurse Fah, who is literally the sweetest person ever. I was chauffeured to and from all my hospital appointments with a nurse in a really comfortable car. I had Nurse visits every day to my room for the first week and as and when I needed them on the second week. I had a very slight post-surgical complication(nothing unusual) and the way it was handled has been 2nd to none compared to what I received at home. I was seen immediately and taken to any extra appointments that I have been required, I’ve been provided with extra medication all at no extra charge. You have the option to purchase extra care if you want somebody to stay with you at the hotel, I didn’t use this service but depending on the type of surgery you have this could also be really helpful. The Hotel staff are also kind and helpful, they will bring anything you need to your room including breakfast in the morning and any other room service throughout the day. I also met with some other patients using the Beauty Butler service, which was nice as I had some other people to talk to. Jane, Nurse Fah and Doctor note could not have been kinder or more helpful. I literally have nothing bad to say about my experience. As for the surgery itself, Doctor note is extremely skilled and you will be in very safe hands. I work in customer service and it’s not very often that I find myself without anything negative to say. Jane runs this company like clockwork and all the little extra touches they provide make the experience really special. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was very lucky to have had a friend use Beauty Butler a few months prior to me. One of the procedures she had was similar to what I was thinking about having done too. The communication leading up to my procedure was timely and professional. Was only the week before surgery when I was told a change in surgeon was necessary and the communication seemed to dissipate that had me very concerned. I had no itinerary gicen to me and turned up at the airport with no idea whete ny taxi was taking me! For me, getting a facelift was a big decision, and having it done by Beauty Butler in Thailand was the absolute best decision I’ve made… After visiting several clinics online and reading hundreds of reviews, Beauty Butler stood out to me as the best, in many ways. My first conversation with Jane Kannaput put me right at ease. She answered all of my questions and arranged a zoom call with myself, my husband and the surgeon, explaining all the surgical and pricing options. Once we established my course of treatment and arranged our flights, Jane facilitated everything to the last detail. My husband was so impressed that he decided to also get some work done. Everything, from our 5-star hotel suite that Jane arranged, to the car pickups, little side trips in the city, daily post-op nurse visits and more, was handled by Jane. It could not have gone more smoothly. Any feelings of anxiety that I had prior to my surgery were put to rest by the excellent staff at ViMut hospital. Dr Hope was highly skilled and experienced and explained everything to us in detail, allowing us to choose the procedures we wanted for our best outcome. I had a full face lift with upper and lower blepharoplasty and endoscopic brow lift, and my husband had a neck lift. Dr Hope personally saw us immediately after the surgeries with his assurance that everything went very well. The recovery was not difficult at all, and the exceptional post-op care we got both at the hospital and with our daily nurse visits at the hotel was beyond our expectations. From the compassionate care to the excellent hospital meals and administering of our medications, the nurses and hospital staff made our recovery so easy, and with very little discomfort. A couple of days later they sent us back to the hotel with our medicine packets and had a nurse check in with us every day to dress our incisions. Nurse Bee was always so kind and attentive, and we looked forward to seeing her each day. We were surprised to experience little or no pain after our surgeries, but always had the option of pain and sleep medications if we needed them. Our care team was top notch, and we became quite close with them during the entire stay. We left feeling more like we had made good friends than just being patients. Life-Changing Experience Thanks to Beauty Butler Thailand! I came from Australia on my own to undergo major cosmetic surgery and was naturally a quite nervous, but from the moment I arrived, the Beauty Butler Thailand team (especially the incredible Jane) made me feel completely supported and cared for every step of the way. My procedure was at Wansiri Hospital, where the standard of care was outstanding. Beauty Butler organised everything from my airport pickup to every hospital appointment so I could just focus on my recovery. Because I travelled solo, I chose to stay an extra night in hospital and also paid for a nurse to stay with me for the first 48 hours after I was discharged from the hospital. I found beauty butler on google search and started talking with Jane and instantly knew that this was the company I wanted to use to facilitate my overseas surgery. Everything was taken care of and I was treated like a queen. The whole process from booking to arrival in Bangkok and my surgery along with post op care has been faultless. Extremely happy with my surgery results and the care from all the medical staff involved. Thailand really is the place to go for medical tourism and I absolutely cannot wait to return.

My partner had breast augmentation procedure by Azami Medical in Bangkok. From the start, Khun Aam who organised the whole program, was extremely helpful, we'll organised, knowledgeable and punctual. I had to travel from Phuket, so I had a number of questions, all of which were answered promptly and to my satisfaction and reassurance. We were picked up from my partner's condo and taken to the clinic. We met with the surgeon who did the original zoom call consultation and were put up in a spacious, comfortable room with 2 beds, refrigerator, TV and A/C. The procedure went very well and the after op care was also of the highest standard. 4 months on, we are so happy we chose Azami Medical and my partner is very happy with her new shape & look. I approached a few cosmetic surgery companies initially, but it was an easy decision to proceed with Azamai Medical. The two ladies I dealt with, Diana and Jan held my hand every step of the way. I had very quick responses to my questions, video consultations with surgeons arranged quickly and various options were provided to fit within my budget. All transport from and to the airport was arranged as well as transport to doctor visits, so I just had to show up. They kept in touch with me daily and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their service is great. I would have no hesitation using this company again.

Azami arranged dental work for me, I had my teeth fully restored, several fillings and whitening at a fraction of the cost in my home country, what took my previous dentist 3 years to still not achieve was completed in 2 visits, everything was arranged for me, would highly recommend using Azami for a brilliant and professional service!

at first, I was afraid to get any operation here in a foreign country as a foreigner. so I hesitated and hadn't even thought about doing it. but by accident, while web surfing I read about plastic surgery thing. and contact them. I consult them about my concerns and discussed how to proceed it. and the agent named Jan helped me find some reliable hospitals and I go those hospitals and consult them. and I was in faith with them. so I decided to have buccal removal surgery from a doctor in Masterpiece hospital. Jan is so friendly, professional and knows her job very well and answered emails quick and helped me with all my questions.
