Beauty Butler Co., Ltd. operates as a medical travel coordination and facilitation service. We assist patients in identifying medical providers, arranging consultations, coordinating travel related logistics, and providing general information about cosmetic, dental, or other medical procedures.
Beauty Butler does not provide medical services, does not employ surgeons or medical staff, and does not perform medical procedures.
All medical treatment is provided directly by independent hospitals, clinics, and licensed medical professionals.
The medical treatment agreement is entered into directly between the patient and the selected hospital or clinic. Beauty Butler is not a party to the medical treatment contract and does not control or influence medical decisions.
All surgical and cosmetic procedures carry inherent risks. The information provided on our website or during consultations is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
Patients are encouraged to seek independent medical advice or obtain a second opinion from a qualified healthcare practitioner before proceeding with any surgical or invasive procedure.
All medical decisions, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and surgical procedures are the sole responsibility of the attending surgeon and medical provider.
Individual outcomes vary depending on factors such as personal health, adherence to medical instructions, healing response, and other individual circumstances. Beauty Butler does not guarantee specific results.
Patients are responsible for following all pre operation and post operation medical instructions provided by their treating surgeon or medical provider.
Deposits made to secure a surgical booking are generally non refundable once the procedure has been scheduled. This is because each booking involves administrative preparation, coordination with medical providers, and reservation of operating room time.
By making a deposit or payment, the patient confirms that they understand and accept the non refundable nature of the deposit as described in these Terms.
A refund may be considered only if the patient is determined to be medically ineligible for the procedure after completing the required pre operation medical tests conducted by the attending surgeon or hospital.
In such cases, the deposit may be refunded minus the cost of the pre operative tests and any administrative or third party costs already incurred.
Refund eligibility in cases of medical ineligibility applies only if the patient has provided complete and accurate medical information during the consultation and screening process.
If a relevant medical condition, medication, previous surgery, or other health related information was withheld or inaccurately disclosed when requested, the deposit will remain non refundable.
If the patient chooses to cancel the procedure for personal reasons, including changes of plans, travel disruptions, scheduling conflicts, or other non medical reasons, deposits remain non refundable.
For travel disruptions due to government imposed restrictions or similar circumstances, rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability and an administrative fee.
Patients are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance that covers unexpected cancellations, medical complications, or other travel related risks.
If the attending surgeon determines that a procedure should be postponed for medical safety reasons, the procedure may be rescheduled subject to availability and additional costs where applicable.
Depending on the arrangement with the attending clinic or surgeon, payments may either be collected by Beauty Butler or paid directly by the patient to the hospital or clinic.
When payment is collected by Beauty Butler, we act as an intermediary and transfer the surgical fee to the selected medical provider. In these cases, Beauty Butler may process refunds in accordance with the terms outlined in Section 4, subject to any non refundable transfers or costs already incurred.
When payment is made directly to the hospital or clinic, any refund requests must be addressed directly with the respective medical provider. The refund policies of the hospital or clinic will apply.
Beauty Butler is not responsible for the refund policies of independent hospitals or clinics when payment is made directly to the medical provider.
Patients will be informed in advance whether payments are to be made to Beauty Butler or directly to the medical provider.
Beauty Butler provides coordination and facilitation services only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty Butler shall not be responsible or liable for any medical outcomes, complications, injuries, dissatisfaction with results, or other consequences arising from medical treatment performed by independent healthcare providers.
Patients acknowledge that all surgical procedures involve risks, including but not limited to complications, infection, scarring, anesthesia related risks, delayed healing, and unsatisfactory cosmetic outcomes.
Beauty Butler makes no warranties or representations regarding the outcomes of any medical or dental procedures arranged through our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty Butler disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beauty Butler Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
Patients traveling internationally for medical procedures acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and for complying with visa requirements, travel regulations, and health related entry requirements.
Beauty Butler is not responsible for travel disruptions, visa issues, airline cancellations, or other travel related circumstances outside our control.
Patients acknowledge that recovery and healing vary between individuals and may require additional medical care.
Unless otherwise agreed, patients are responsible for arranging follow up care after returning to their home country.
If complications arise that require additional treatment, the associated medical, travel, and accommodation costs may be the responsibility of the patient unless otherwise agreed with the treating provider.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Beauty Butler Co., Ltd.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
